Clarkson Santoro is the father and son-in-law team of Bill Clarkson and Tony Santoro. Because we are a family team, we value the trust we have in each other and the integrity of being trusted by those who know us. With Clarkson Santoro taking care of your real estate needs you are in the hands of an exceptionally talented duo: Bill brings more than 36 years of real estate experience in the Tri Valley and Tony brings a fresh eye for detail and current trends. We have both lived in the Tri Valley for more than 30 years.

Bill Clarkson
Not only is Bill an extremely experienced real estate broker and community leader, he is your next door neighbor. He has lived in San Ramon for his entire real estate career, which he started right after graduating with his MBA, and he raised his daughter in this city, where she attended the local community schools. He has an intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods in the Tri Valley that can only be fostered by living, working, and playing here.
Bill has spent years building and maintaining his reputation as a fair and respectable business owner and community leader in San Ramon. As a founding member of Golden Hills Brokers in San Ramon, Bill has helped his clients buy and sell homes in the Tri-Valley for more than 36 years. Before Golden Hills Brokers became independent from ERA in 2007, Bill was ERAs highest selling broker/owner in the nation in 1997, and number one in sales for the state of California from 1991-2007.
He is also an active community member. As a leader Bill has served as the San Ramon Valley Unified School District President, Charter President of the Dougherty Valley and San Ramon Rotary Clubs and as a Chairman of the Board for the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce. Elected in 2011, he is currently serving his second term as Mayor of San Ramon.

Tony Santoro
Tony grew up in San Ramon, where he still lives with his wife and two-year-old son. As a father and husband, Tony understand the importance of finding the perfect place to raise a young family. In fact, that is why he’s shifted his career from medical research to real estate: so that he can be closer to home and spend more time with his family.
With a combined 18 years in private veterinary practice and medical research, Tony has spent more than half of his life working in life sciences. His medical background means that he has spent his entire professional career paying close attention to detail, a skill he now applies to real estate: he has a knack for identifying subtle changes that most agents overlook.
Tony also owns and operates an independent boutique graphic design agency, and has a keen aesthetic eye which comes in handy when he is marketing your home. Combining innovation and creative efforts in graphic design, photography, and videography, Tony is the talent behind all Clarkson Santoro marketing material.
